Three worlds, one method: work out what has to be achieved, write it down so it can be held to, settle what blocks, and check what gets delivered. The rest is a question of tools.
01The craftSince 2001
I take functional ownership of a domain, end to end.
Single point of contact between business departments, the IT division and vendors. I work at the scale of cantonal transformation programmes, with the political and budgetary trade-offs that come with them. A former supply chain manager in industry, I approach the information system through the operational value it delivers, not through the technology.

- Strategic IS plan, alignment of the system with the business, application roadmap and urbanisation. Portfolio prioritisation and steering of decision committees.

- Opportunity study, requirements gathering, market benchmark, functional specification and management of public tenders under Swiss AIMP procurement law.
- III Deliver
- General and detailed specifications, programme management, functional review and acceptance through to go-live, then change management.

02The workSince 2026
Kalisme, a secular path.
Kalisme grew out of a simple conviction: most people are not waiting for another method, they are waiting for permission to give themselves permission. Not a religion, not self-help, not a promise of performance. 13 permissions, a manifesto, and a daily practice each person sets at their own pace.
I write the corpus, design the app and handle publication. The text exists in 15 languages, culturally adapted rather than translated word for word: a Japanese, Arabic or Korean reader should find their own language in it, not a trace of mine.
The manifesto is on legal deposit at the Swiss National Library, with a published integrity certificate. The app is on sale on the App Store, published under my own name.

Let an AI produce without letting go of the result.
I do not write the code. I built and run, on my own, a software production chain where AI agents do the writing and everything else stays with me: framing, specification, arbitration and acceptance. It was proven on a product that is on sale, not on a demo.

What I carry back into client work
- 01Framing an AI project on its real constraints: data confidentiality, inference cost, the trade-off between hosted and on-device models, and vendor lock-in.
- 02Telling apart what a demo shows from what going live actually requires: backup, recovery, monitoring, secret management.
- 03Specifying and accepting AI-produced deliverables through an explicit control system, rather than trust granted by default.
- 04Talking to engineering teams in their own terms without stepping out of the functional role.
